--How do your guy guarantee my merchandise will arrive (how do i know this is not scam)

1. We want to have long business with you, not just one time. we have lots of orders everyday so that we can show all the tracking numbers if you need. you also can ask your chinese friend to visit our company in China, too.

2. We also accept CREDIT CARD secured payment terms, if you dont receive your goods, you can ask for refund by them at once. Also We cant draw your money out of your credit cards if you dont receive your goods.

--How long will it take for me to recieve my goods?

We ship within 48 hours after checking your payment, unless otherwise noted. Usually goods are sent via air express like EMS, TNT, UPS, DNL.
Transportation Schedule:
FEDEX and DHL spend 3-6 days;
TNT and UPS .EMS 4-7 days;
air transportation 7-15 days;
transportation by sea 15-30 days.
The customers may choose any way according to concrete conditions

--How much is Shipping?

Shipping costs as following:

To Asia,Australia,Spain,France,Canada,USA,UK,Ireland,Puerto Rico : $20-$30  total

To other countries:  $30-$45  total

--Order Process

   1.select your preferred items from our on-line catalogue and let us know the goods' name or id, size and quantity you need.

   2.we send you confirmation letter after get your order information.

   3.send the payment to us. 

   4.we confirm the payment and send out the goods by door to door Express mail.

   5.give us feedback after you get the goods.

we will send you an E-mail for the estimated arriving date and give you a tracking number once your order is delivered by courier , with which you can check the status of your order online.

Usually, your order status can be tracked online in 1day after getting the tracking number, If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
· Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
· There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
